Guarantees

Bolsos y Moda offers a guarantee of total satisfaction in all the products we send and we accept returns for exchange for another product if any of the following cases occurs:

The Product Arrives Defective

You received the wrong product


The guarantee will not be effective for the following reasons:

Inappropriate use of the article

Color appreciation errors

If the products were used, washed or damaged.

They do not keep the original label. We suggest you try on the garments before removing them.

The promotional items cannot be return or exchange.

Return Of Merchandise

The customer must verify the products at the moment they receive it.

If the product arrives defective or there is an error in the shipment, the customer must contact us within the first 3 days after the date of receipt of the product, sending an email to ventas@bolsosymoda.co requesting a return order, indicating the order number , the code of the item to be returned, the reason for the return explaining how it was damaged or in what state it arrived and must attach detailed photos of the defect.

Then, the customer must wait for our response, in a time not longer than 48 hours in which we will analyze the cause of the return. We will send you an email with all instructions, address and return authorization for the product to be sent to us.

The customer must send the product within 3 days of receiving the email with the return authorization. All returns must carry an identification number given by us. Returns will not be accepted without the corresponding return number

We do not accept returns once the time to complete such transaction is over.

The return must be sent in its original packaging, with the corresponding invoice, and with the return document. If the received package is damaged and cannot be used, it can be replaced with one of the same dimensions.

The customer must ensure the shipment for the value of the product, we are not responsible for the loss of packages.


IMPORTANT: SIf the merchandise arrives incomplete or damaged due to bad treatment during shipment, the insurance paid will be paid and the procedure of the transport company must be followed.

Shipping Costs Of The Return

The shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer

Return of a product from a different country where the purchase was made

The return can only be made from the country where the order is placed.

Exchange Of Product

You will be given a credit coupon for the total amount of the sale price within 2 business days of receiving the product returned by the customer.

A credit coupon is a number that the customer enters when he adds his product to the shopping cart and automatically discounts the value of the bag to the total value of the purchase.

If the product you choose has a higher cost, you must pay the difference.

If the product is in inventory the shipment will be made within 3 business days of choosing the product.

If the product is out of stock, you will have to wait for 3 to 15 business days to receive it depending on the product’s manufacturing time.
